Location
This is taken on the south coast of Mauritius where there are rocks and cliffs at the sea and always there are waves especially in stormy conditionsTime
If I remember it was in the afternoon but it was a stormy day so no interference from the sunLighting
I did not have to worry about the effect of sunshine in the image as it was a stormy day. Maybe a good way to use the sun and daylight is to use clouds as a screen against direct sunEquipment
Canon 6d with 80/200 lens. No particular setting or dialed settings just really a point and click image ifInspiration
I am surrounded by nature and the sea living on a tropical island and when there is, stormy weather the sea, is, always an exciting subject.Editing
No I always leave the photos as far as possible in how I took them the only exception is to create monochrome images from colorIn my camera bag
If I have my big bag it will be packed with a Canon eos 1d, 6d and 7d mk2 with a variety of Canon lenses. It might be a museum piece now but the Canon 1d still takes a good pictureFeedback
Be patient like a surfer the good waves will come to you just keep taking the shots and get the surprise when a good wave comes in
