On a walk along the river I came across this fisherman casting his line out. It was such a peaceful scene I wanted a photo of it.

On a walk through the neighborhood I came across this brilliant red maple just as the setting sun lit it up.

Deep in the woods, along the path to Proxy Falls giant Douglas Fir trees landscape the mountain sides along with vine maple and ferns.

Winter in Zion National Park is a spectical unique in it's bright contrasts of red rock and glistening white snow.

I was watching the sky to the west last evening expecting some color at sunet but this soft, bright pink surpassed my expectations.
