Cormorants are amazing birds, flying low just above the waves with superb flying ability for their rather odd shape. To me they are best when fishing and dive and swim with real elegance. This particular cormorant popped up a few yards infront of ma and I had to react so wuickly to get about three shots before he dived and came up again far away! I was lucky that the shots I managed to get were okay, so here's one you may enjoy! A portrait!????
