Ha ha! No, not at all likely. Although I grew up in Sydney, when I started work on the Northern Beaches in 2022, I was surprised by how frequently the shark alarm rings and the signs put up. At certain times a year it's weekly. The beaches have shark-proof netting but the sharks swim under them!
