This stand out bird is actually a juvenile or non-breading Laughing Gull, but it should have black legs and bill like all the other birds in the group. The orange legs and bill are a mystery. I have seen a few pictures of a bird like this on-line but there is no information about how it is they have these striking bright orange features. Other than the orange legs and bill (and the lack of white dots on the outer tail feathers, they are identical with a normal laughing gull. If you know anything about this or what causes it please let me know.
