Behind The Lens

Location
I had know somewhere in a 6 block radius to find some lilies that I saw the year before. It took me 2 trips to find the home that had so many lilies. You could smell before you saw the lilies.
Time
It was mid-day but with the sun to my back and that was the only good thing going for me. I had to switch lens to get the clearness.
Lighting
Natural light and it was mostly sunny. Not ideal but it was the best Mother Nature offered me.
Equipment
Canon Hot Shot SX 70 HS. That's it. I had a N 2 on but removed for this shot.
Inspiration
I had seen someone here that had brightened the outcome so that was my goal.
Editing
I just had gotten lightroom and just with adding the white brighten it. I was pleased with the outcome.
In my camera bag
Not a heck of a lot. I usually have a ND 2-400 variable lens. I keep a polarized lens also. My phone to call my husband to come pick me up. And at least 2 batteries!~ Lens cloth X 2.
Feedback
Pay attention to your lighting and if it needs a bit of editing doesn't mean you failed.
