Abstract Nature Landscape Photography. This is an image which could only possibly have been taken with local knowledge , or the greatest of luck. In my case , it was knowledge as this is a mangrove like lake area at one of my regular haunts , Penrhos Coastal Park and Woodland Reserve, near Holyhead on the Isle of Anglesey , UK. It was only because of my regular visits that I knew that sunlight hits the bough of this fallen but still living tree and causes the longest mirror like reflection on the uncannily still lake water for a short time each day , and only for a few summer months at such intensity. Tree reflections , especially those of uniquely twisted or fallen trees, have always fascinated me , even as a small child. Even now, I can look at this image and imagine myself sitting on the bough legs dangling and swinging above the water and washing my hands and face in that burnishing sunlight.

Really nice description of the photo of a fallen tree. Are you attributing the fall of the tree to Climate change?
