Abstract object Photography. A candid shot taken whilst I was sitting on the beach in summer. I loved the shape and composition of this boat waiting for play as I was scoping for images that symbolized the beach. I often take collections of images like this with my Canon sx730hs because it has a really useful telephoto lens allowing me to get more interesting and genuine expressions of what is going on without disturbing the people involved or causing the composition to be disturbed by self conscious movement within the shot when people can see a picture is being taken. I usually take the time to just sit with the camera handheld choosing the specs and level of zoom then rotate slowly through 180 degrees lifting tilting the lens up and down and take a shot when something that catches my attention comes into frame. 'Beach Banana', is one of those storytelling abstract images punching with bright colour that jumped out to be taken. Abstract Landscape photography.
