USA Santa Barbara California- 7-11--2016 Sue -the T. Rex was loaned by the Chicago's Field Museum to the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History . Sue is 40 feet long and 13 feet tall. It's bones are 90 percent complete. Scientist have learned biomechanics , movement, and sues wait from the complete bone discovery.In better times Sue lived in the late Cretaceous period.
I am grateful that Sue the T-Rex took the road trip to Santa Barbara so I could see her in person making it the best road trip ever!
