Part of the 1,108-acre Trexler Nature Preserve (a Lehigh County park). The preserve provides fishing on the Jordan Creek, miles of hiking paths, and a game preserve populated with herds of endangered bison and elk. The preserve also houses the locally popular Lehigh Valley Zoo. Other interesting features of the preserve include an Environmental Education Center, two historic covered bridges spanning Jordan Creek, and a unique feature allowing visitors to safely "ford" through the Jordan in their vehicles.
