This is a panoramic sunset view of Lake Wakatipu from Queenstown Ultimate Viewpoint, where the Stratosfare Restaurant & Bar is located. Visitors have easy access to this viewpoint via a gondola ride, but the more adventurous ones can hike their way up. As customers dine at the restaurant, the floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views of Queenstown, the lake and mountains will captivate visitors day and night. It was a memorable way to celebrate New Year's Eve during our road trip around New Zealand a few years back.
