Another view of Wallaman Falls located in the UNESCO World Heritage listed Wet Tropics, Hinchinbrook Shire, North Queensland. (Girringun National Park) The falls, a cascade and horsetail fall on the Stony Creek is about 2 hours drive north west from Townsville. As previously mentioned, this is Australia's tallest single drop waterfall with a main drop of 268 metres, and the pool at the bottom is 20 metres deep. Mother Nature at her finest!
