Location
This photo was taken up at the Untersberg in the Bavarian Alps. It's just where one of the epic scenes that was filmed in classic film The sound of music, hence the display of the model.Time
It was taken in a late spring afternoon in the so called golden moment.Lighting
The natrual light in the photo was ideal, it was quite late in the afternoon and the sun was just above the ridge of the mountains and made this golden soft light.Equipment
I used an old Nikon D3200 with a nikon af-s 200-500mm f/5.6e ed vr lense.Inspiration
It was a photo that had to be taken in this location, the inspiration is freedom of expression in nature.Editing
The only post-processing done on this photo was a slight vignetta and a gentel cropping. In my camera bag
These days I have Nikon D850 and a 50mm lense and if I'm up to the mountains I usually have also a nikon 200-500mm lense for capturing the wildlife.Feedback
I don't know if I have any advice for a photo like this one other than just try to find the perfect moment and place and try to paint a picture that portraits the true essence of nature and beauty.
