Location
This photo was shot along the road I live on . We were walking the dogs and as I always do I carry a camera . My dog Samson went over to it and smelled it and I went to see what was so intriguing . I had to take the photo because it spoke to me .Time
It was late afternoon but when it's been stormy all day things are always darker and sometimes dreary .Lighting
I lowered the lighting even more to bring out the rain drops in the flower it also enhanced the wet look of the flower . The effect in my mind was stunning .Equipment
My old cell phone took this shot on pro setting ,and I used Lightroom to lower the light .Inspiration
I live very rural ,and things I see everyday are probably fun and exciting to those who live in cities or suburbs . To me, what called me was just how the flower appeared sopping wet ,yet beautiful and majestic .Editing
Used Lightroom to further lower the lighting to bring out the details of the water in the flower and to my delight it worked very well.In my camera bag
I now carry a waterproof back pack inside are all my lenses for my d5600 and my cell . I always have lenses cleaners ,uv lenses , my range finder ,and my tripod hangs on the back .Feedback
