Kachnar, a flower. Its buds are used as a delicacy food. Preferably and traditionally cooked with mutton. However, people cook it with chicken, beef, mince meat, or without any meat. Itbis only available for a few days. Reason is that once the bud becomes flower, it is not used anymore for food. It is available during spring, mostly month of March in Pakistan.
