In the middle of winter and pretty cold, dark, cloudy, snowy and windy day; it is always nice to remind of some warm experience. The forecast is good for tomorrow; so I am hopeful to go up to the mountain and do some drone shot after a long time though! I was looking through my old images from Seychelles and suddenly found this one. An interesting image. Well; in fact this could be any place where there are greenery close to beach. But those turquoise water was special there.
I went there the evening before for sunset. It was pretty good sunset. While coming back I planned this shot while walking through those coconut trees. Quick look at the sun location clearly showed that I have to get there early while the light is still soft. As you might already know; wake up early for an image is not a problem for me. This place was around 40 minutes drive from where I was leaving. So as always; I went out an hour early. In the middle I stopped at a place to capture the sunrise and from there a quick pack-up and straight to Anse Lazio.
The light was still soft enough. I was not really looking for sunrise light. I wanted a bit of light hitting the water to get those light glittery light. That is it. Goes up the Phantom 4. Took few minutes to frame the image and here comes the result. Typical drone shot; but I do like such images. These can also be very interesting thumbnail for youtube videos. Even though I didn't use it for my Seychelles video.
After this I took some areal video of the location and back to hotel and beach side breakfast with family. Perfect planning and superb photogenic start of a day in paradise.
Ok. If you have already reached till here; may be you will be interested to see Seychelles in a bit more detail!
Have a nice weekend.
Hope you will enjoy the picture.
Any suggestions or criticisms are always welcome.
