Surreal Cityscapes are made a little easier when you are gifted with public art installations like Mark Wallangers , ' White Horse of Whitehall ' , in The Mall area of London , UK. Although taken in shady conditions it still stands out in juxtaposition to the historic arched building behind , and in fact the figure appearing under shadow in contrast to the light upon the architecture adds to the imoression that the horse has arrived as part of some sort of strange daydream.
