Behind The Lens

The photo was taken in a series in an atrium of an office building at Frankfurt airport.
The photo was taken in the afternoon, so that despite the month of January there was still enough daylight
The shoot with Denisa takes advantage of the daylight that comes through the ceiling in a softened way.
The camera was the SONY ILCE-7R Mark 2. settings were ISO 200 at f 3.2 and 1/60 s. Focal length was 100 mm.
I have been working with Denisa Strakova for several years. Therefore, she can support my image ideas very well. In this shot I wanted to create a strong color effect to the atrium.
For editing I use Lightroom Classic and have a large number of presets.
In my camera bag
I usually have these focal lengths with me at the shooting location: Sony GM 24 mm, Sigma Art 35 mm, Sony 55 mm, Sony 85 mm, Tamron 70 to 180 mm. And of course the Sony GM 135 mm. The GM lenses have the best image quality
I have a written shooting plan on the one hand. Besides that, I always do a scouting of the shooting location before the shoot and look at the options (e.g. altitude differences, light).
