Location
It was a winter day, but the sun was out just enough to melt the snow on the cedar, creating drops of water on the needles. This tree sits near our deck and I can watch the bluebirds from our patio door window flitting over the tree, collecting the berries.Time
Not sure. Mid day? I saw the birds, and grabbed my camera, poked my head and lens gently out of the patio door and took a dozen or so shots.Lighting

Have your camera ready. Keep it set on Aperture Priority which I feel is the most flexible for shots that come at you unexpectedly.
