This was taken from my lower deck during a tornado warning. I could actually hear the tornado ripping down power lines and buildings. F3 Tornado caused millions of dollars of damage to our mid Missouri area.Time
Around Midnight the tornado alarms were sounding. My husband and I headed to the basement and we could hear the pop pop pop of power lines. I stepped outside to take a look if the funnel was passing, and the light show was amazing. I think I had one foot inside one outside. I was amazed at all the well check text from co workers and friends after. Lucky our house only had debris to pick up. Thousands lost everything. Our town looked like a war zone for months.Lighting
