Windmill Den Olden Florus

Windmill "Den Olden Florus" is a post mill, which can be counted as one of the oldest mill types. This can mainly be seen in the construction of the so-called tail. The mill used to be called the "Callenbroecker mill", because it is located in the hamlet of Kallenbroek. How old the mill is exactly, neither miller nor mill experts know. It is certain that the mill, as it still stands today, already existed before 1584, which is evident from old yellowed papers. In 1965 the mill was restored, but the top part became out of alignment, which is still clearly visible.
