I found this interesting cloud on the way to work and just had to take a few snaps before it passed over and dissipated forever.
A heart? An angel? Heaven?
What does it make you think of?
Of the geeky scientists who have no comprehension of emotions, only facts will tell you these clouds are actually called Hole Punch clouds, or a Fallstreak Hole.
They are caused by aircraft taking off and landing at airports and are a sight to behold.
Just so happens this was located just past JFK Airport in Houston, TX...
Damn you, science, stop explaining stuff! Let the gentle breezes of whimsical fantasy delight my senses just this once. :)
