A Painted Lady butterfly seems to "sneeze" or just give a facepalm for the camera! This guy was part of a caterpillar kit we bought online for our grand-daughter for Christmas. As you can see we ended up with quite a few Painted Lady butterflies just like this day-old one. After they all transformed into beautiful butterflies we let them go in the backyard so they could live out the rest of their short lives in freedom.
