This photo was taken at summit music hall in Denver Colorado during a concert for the band Missio. I’m mostly self taught with the exception of a few high school classes with a pretty checked out teacher so I learn a lot by doing and trying new things and having fun while experimentingTime
It was indoor at night, on my phone it’s time stamped to 10:56pmLighting
I’ve gone to a lot of concerts at a lot of different venues in the Denver area and this was by far the coolest light show I’ve ever seen it was challenging to get the lighting I wanted for photos because it was a lot of strobe lighting moments and and colored lights changed quickly as well. All of it did work in my favor for this photo but I had to try a few times to get it to turn out.Equipment
I used my iPhone 6s because it was a show and there was restrictions on camera equipment allowed into the venue.Inspiration
My at the time boyfriend and current fiancé was leaving for basic combat training to join the army and we love music and I love photography and I documented every date we went on for the summer before he left and this is just one of our favorite memories together. I take photos at any show I go to and the light show at that concert was just amazing and I I got some amazing shots and had an amazing nightEditing

Well I’m pretty new to digital photography (I started with film in high school) and so I have my camera which I use the canon rebel t6, my 18-55mm, and I like to keep my 70-300mmFeedback
Honesty since I was in the crowd for this shot, I just got lucky with the lighting and outfit I did take about 200 photos total that night I had a some really good turn outs but all my advice would be is take a lot and hope for the beat and have fun either way
