Location

This photo is a part of a bigger project "Planting a seed" A PHOTO PROJECT, WHICH GENTLY POINTS AT THE HEART OF RECONNECTING WITH THE TRUTH; THAT IN FACT, LOVE IS THE ULTIMATE HEALER. LIFE EVENTS CAN TAKE US THROUGH A VARIETY OF PLACES. THIS SERIES OFFERS A HOPEFUL TAKE ON WHAT CAN HAPPEN— IF WE CHOOSE LOVE.

Time

We shut this series right before sunset in the middle of July 2020

Lighting

I like this even light coming for the broken window. It's flat which wouldn't work in some other cases but in this situation it just evenly lighten the color of the skin, and we see the different skin color here, holding hands...every viewer imagine there own pictures here.

Equipment

I always use a simple set up of my Canon 5D mark ii camera and my prime lens Canon 24-70.

Inspiration

I was inspired by social situation with Black Lives Matter movement, protests, lock down, unsettled collective consciousness

Editing

Every picture always undergo the same process: Capture One for color correction, Photoshop for retouching deffects, and contrast
