Nice capture! Not sure what sort of feathered friend this bird is but it looks very similar to our 'Magpie' here in Australia. I am assuming of course you took this photo in your local area.
Today I was trying to launch my new drone and a magpie attacked it before it got more than two metres off the ground. Very aggressive! Needless to say, I quietly packed up my gear and went to another location. You never know what you are going to be confronted with when trying to get that great shot.
