Was sitting at a restaurant on the Great South Bay having lunch with my girlfriends when the fog started to roll in. I decided to just take a walk on the dock to check it out. When I was watching the fog, I saw this and thought to myself how nostalgic this would look in black and white. So I took the shot.Time
It was a hot hot day in the Summer of Hell, 2020! LOL! This was taken around 4pm...I remember thinking how creepy the bay looked at such an early hour during the summer.Lighting
All natural lighting.Equipment
Just my lil ole LG5 Stylo smartphone. I always enjoy dabbling in black and white photography when I was younger, I especially love the dark room. And because of this shot and a few others, I am now saving money to purchase a Nikon camera so I can continue but with better quality.Inspiration
The view had the possibility of becoming a nostalgic black and white photo, like something you would find on the cover of a mystery novel.Editing
Nope...just changed it on my phone from color to b&w.In my camera bag
Saving money because I really really really would love to have a Nikon D model.Feedback
Nope....just use your eye.....
