Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at my home studio in Los Angeles California.

Time

This was a random shoot done one day I had nothing planned and the model happened to be free.

Lighting

I used a two-light setup using Elinchrom Portalite the best lighting brand I've come to discover.

Equipment

I used a Nikon D3300 and this was not done with a Tri-Pod. I did this freehand. With a 35mm 1.2

Inspiration

I had 10,000 pieces of candy from one magazine cover shoot I did and I felt like I wanted to do something different with the candy before I threw it away.

Editing

I just used basic high-frequency separation and dodge and burn.

In my camera bag

I have a lot of equipment but, that's not important I typically stick to the same lenses from projects like this.

Feedback

Be creative and try new thing's think outside the box and go against the rules. Always remember rules are made to be broken.
