Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in my studio, Three O Studio, in Lexington, KY.

Time

We were shooting late morning and the light coming into this window is just absolutely magical.

Lighting

Rhis window is magical. This shot is all natural light and only minorly dodged and burned in Photoshop.

Equipment

Canon 5DM3 and a 100 mm Canon 2.8 (my favorite lens)

Inspiration

Model Dakota Snow is very special to me and we have found many many gorgeous images together. She is incredible emotive and just a joy.

Editing

Basic dodging and burning and color grading to create the mood.

In my camera bag

My only body is a Canon 5DM3. I keep my favorite 100mm macro right there as well. I have a Tamron 24-70 and usually another Tamron 70-200 in there.
