During my first visit to Greece in 2013 I was lucky enough to spend 2 weeks sailing around the Ionian. During our final evening we decided to moor with the bow of our boat resting on a deserted party beach. Towards the north eastern end of the beach there was a large abandoned boat with the most interesting array of colours flaking from the timber frames below.
