I had been capturing sun bursts right before this and the light was just right.

Equipment

Just my camera and lens listed on the settings. Handheld, natural light.

Inspiration

The spring flowers are beautiful... but don’t last nearly long enough. They say “take a picture, it’ll last longer”.

Editing

Not much. Just lens correction and basic exposure and white balance.

In my camera bag

Nikon D750 and my Tamron 70-200 G2 lens are my go-to combination for portraits... but when it comes to nature I grab my manual lenses. Nikon 55mm 3.5 and 180mm 1.8.
