Behind The Lens

Location

Taken in Rozelle Park in Ayr

Time

This was taken on a spring morning.

Lighting

The light was in the right place so it lit the Robin perfectly.

Equipment

Olympus EM-1 Mk 2 with a Olympus 75-300mm lens hand held.

Inspiration

I went out to shoot birds that day and this appeared in the right place at the right time.

Editing

I used Photoscape and HDR to bring out the colours.

In my camera bag

I have a variety of lenses for my Olympus camera but my most go to lens is 12-100mm pro lens, as find it most useful.

Feedback

Find out where a lot of wild birds live like a park. Take a small tub or bag of bird seed as to attract them, this will give you time to get a good shot, also try to frame the bird so the bird food is not too apparent.
