I had been wanting to photograph from this location for awhile. I finally got my chance the other night. I climbed the hill overlooking the highway and lake. I used a headlamp to see by. When I got to the top, there were these glowing eyes on the ground. I was thinking, "Oh no! I hope I'm not keeping company with a skunk!!" As I walked closer, the glowing eyes seemed to levetate, and they got farther away, then came back. I was like, "What on earth??" As I got closer I realized it was a bat!! It flew away & stayed away the rest of the time I was up there.
