Location
In Auburn, Indiana. I had been at the Auburn Cord Duesenburg Festival that they have each year, where cars from all over the county come and it’s just an amazing festival.Time
The time of day was early evening, so maybe around 4 or 5 on a fall evening.Lighting
The lighting was nice, not too harsh and not too soft.Equipment
I use a Nikon D3400 with a standard 18-55mm Nikon lens and a 55-200 Nikon zoom lens.Inspiration
I have always loved car photos and I had seen some photos from this photographer on instagram, CRVN, with some of the neat angles he uses in his photos, which helped me capture this.Editing
I used some curves and some vibrance adjustments on Lightroom to help bring out the rich color of the Cadillac.In my camera bag
I usually have my two lenses, which are my wide angle/standard lens and my zoom lens. I also have a cloth and a mini flexible tripod if I ever need one.Feedback
Try and get in close. If you can, walk closer to your subject, rather than zooming in. And always have fun
