A few km. west from Lisbon is a small town named Sintra. Here you wil find a number of castles and palaces, one being the Palácio da Pena, or the palace of Pena, with its 16th-century chapel and its ornate altarpiece, the only surviving part of the monastery that once occupied the site before the palace was built.
That is where I found this beautiful stained glass window.
