This was taken on New Year's Eve, 31-12-19, and was an alternative way to bring in 2020. I had noticed this church was on the shores of the lake, and completely separate from any other habitations. It was an obvious candidate for long exposure light painting. I have two versions, one with the star trails (this one) and another with the individual stars. This one is the most effective, I think.
