Due to the extended monsoon season in India, this place, Bhigwan is still not that lucrative for flamingos. This time there are only 40-50 flamingos as expected in 1000s.
When the water is shallow these beautiful migratory birds visit Bhigwan during the winter season.
They feed on algae, this makes their feathers pink. The more they eat, the more colourful pink or red they look.
Nature is miraculous.
This is from the boat tour to watch the flamingos.
This is actually a fight scene but to the one looking at them from the viewfinder, see it as an intimate moment... :D :D
