A simple effective way to make a difference in your photography is to position yourself with your camera to a lower angle and shoot below eye-level at your subject. Let's face it, most portraiture stills are usually face to face (eye level) so just by lowering or even shooting from above your subject can offer a different, and often more pleasing result.
