Welcome to the National Championships of 8-Ball Pool for Co-Ed Teams 2007!! We happened to win the city tournament for Jacksonville, Florida that year so we got sent to Vegas-baby to play in the National Tournament. What a rush!!! Look at those 99 tables lined up in perfectly even rows with lights over them just ready for players. The long tables are for your teammates and the small circular tables are for the two people playing each other. They are allowed one coach each and that is the only person they can talk to during their match. The risers were for the spectators and this room was absolutely silent while competition was going on which was basically 24 hours a day for a week. There were 689 teams in our division and we held our own. Ironically, a team from my small home town in NH beat us!
