Location
This portrait of Olivia is taken in my backyard. Symbolically speaking! I live in a really beautiful city in Denmark (Vejle), well known for its many valleys and creeks. And as a portrait photographer with visions of using only nature and locations as background, - it is pure paradise to me! This was actually a gold wedding photography with three generations to be immortalized! After I arrange the group picture, - I spend time on single portraits and I'm walking around the beautiful scenery with the families to find specific backgrounds for the individual. I can feel that they are enjoying the peace of mind to be in the green. (With the sounds of trickling water from the creek and the smell of the pine needles) Here I had Olivia lay down by some straw who had the exact same color as her beautiful curly hair.Time
It was Friday afternoon we started (around 3. PM). Since the kids just had to get out of school first and the adults from work. Also gave it an extra relaxing effect to my costumer!Lighting
Yes, I used a reflector screen. It is often very dark in the woods, Although I have to praise my camera. Because it's really FANTASTIC in poor light conditions!Equipment
Canon 5D mark IV with different lenses.Inspiration
The joy of capturing personalities in my camera. Although I do not know them, then soon I will know what kind of person they are and capture what I see. You could say, It is a great necessity when you are a portrait photographer. If one lacks that ability,- then they are poorly placed.Editing
Yes, I made the picture a little warmer in the colors and of course, highlighted her beautiful, clear, blue eyes.In my camera bag
Only my camera and two different lenses for each purpose.Feedback
