Each fall, cool morning air glides over the South Concho River in South San Angelo, Texas quietly turning to fog, then often drifts into the surrounding low-lying fields. I call the area, Foggy Knoll, as like with the predicability of San Francisco Bay, the fog rolls in, almost daily on still mornings starting in late October each year. The bridge is State Highway Loop 306.
