Each fall, cool morning air glides over the South Concho River in South San Angelo, Texas quietly turning to fog, then often drifts into the surrounding low-lying fields. I call the area, Foggy Knoll, as like with the predicability of San Francisco Bay, the fog rolls in, almost daily on still mornings starting in late October each year.
