Location

Allens Park, Colorado. This is a beautiful historic landmark found along the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway through Colorado.

Time

It was most likely around early afternoon.

Lighting

I remember the clouds were shifting quickly that day, so there were some challenges!

Equipment

My Nikon D7500 and tripod.

Inspiration

I absolutely love this place and have stopped by it several times. To be honest, I was going through a rough time and had received some discouraging news. I knew a day with my camera, taking the scenic byway through the mountains, and visiting the chapel would be the best therapy. And, it was!

Editing

I used Lightroom and/or some enhancing in Photoshop.

In my camera bag

Started taking my love of photography two years ago. I'm still building my equipment inventory. My Nikon, a few lenses, and tripod are my sidekicks. Recently, I purchased the Lensbaby Sol and it is always in my bag these days. I love it!
