This was taken in the Sea of Cortez during a scuba diving trip.Time
4 to 5 dives are taken daily from the main boat or from a zodiac depending on the type of live aboard. Sea lions are simply the best diving companions, with so much curiosity and underwater antics.Lighting
I would love to say that I composed this image and worked out the lighting but it just wouldn’t be true! With fast moving underwater creatures you just have to be quick and ready for action. It all adds to the fun really ????Equipment
For underwater I use a Canon G7 X Compact camera and Fantasia housing and lights.Inspiration

The only post processing I do normally is to maybe lighten or enrich the colours. Very minimal.In my camera bag
