A few weeks ago I was sitting outside taking photos of flowers when I heard a bunch of noise coming from a tree nearby. I realized some ravens were protecting their nest from this bald eagle who decided to perch on top of the tree. The ravens were relentless swooping down and attacking the eagle trying to get him to leave. Only editing Iâ€™ve done to this photo is to crop it.

I couldn't believe how lucky I was to capture both of these eagles together. It was one of my highlights.

While watching this guy zip around the back yard he decided to sit for a spell and check me out too.

The cliff divers of Black Rock are pretty spectacular.
