Hassan II Mosque is a staple landmark of Casablanca. It's stands right on the ocean with a big, clean square, hosting many tourists. Its back of it, however, faces sandlot adjacent to old Medina, overlooking ruins of the old city. That sandlot is used by neighborhood kids as a local playground, in this case a soccer field.
