Behind The Lens

Location
I was still employed and also needed to drive to work and as I do leave early, allows me to see the sunrise and also on occasions some fog. I do like how the sun seems to ‘stream’ through the trees when fog and sun are about
Time
This was taken at about 7:15am along the main road I take on my way to work - cold but I do enjoy seeing the sunrise when I can
Lighting
I just love to see fog in the morning and also the sun. I usually find that with the sun trying to break through the fog with a tree also in the pic - it just allows the sun to ‘shoot’ off the branches. You do need to make sure that the sun does come through the branches.
Equipment
This was taken with my Canon RP and Sigma 60-500 mm lens.
Inspiration
I do love the mood I get with fog or clouds - I know most love to see blue skies but fog and clouds justify heaps to photos
Editing
Not a great deal - just a little contrast and shadow lighting do that you can see the tree
In my camera bag
Wow - Um, my canon RP, 6D, 7D, 4 drones and a few 360 cameras , oh BC and a couple of tripods. I do have some ND filters as well
Feedback
Always have a camera with you - if you don’t, then you might not get that one in a million photo. Also don’t just look to the front, turn around and look.
