The Red Wolf is near full extinction. Only approx 220 - 240 left in the world and they are in USA. Local zoo had two and they had 4 puppies. All 4 puppies are growing and this is one hiding in the den underground during the day. Approx 20 - 40 are in forests in North Carolina. The remainder of the wolves are located in zoos and aquariums. This den has two entrances built by the wolves and I saw three at one time in the den. They tend to fight for space they want same as siblings. lol They are so beautiful... I call this Survival vs shooting and survival is the answer.
