The local landmark, known as "The Pepperpot" can be a bit of a spooky place to be at night without company, but, after donning my big coat and brave shoes, I ventured up there for a couple of hours …...alone....in the dark. I've been thinking of putting the point of the pepperpot on the pole star for ages for a star trail, so that's another box ticked.
