Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken off the coast of Savannah, GA during a boat tour.

Time

The photo was taken in mid-afternoon sun.

Lighting

Sun was high with scattered clouds. Beautiful day for photography.

Equipment

This was shot on a Canon EOS REBEL T3i, with an EF 24-105, F/4L IS II USM at F/4, 76MM .

Inspiration

I found it to be an interesting opportunity with the danger sign with the sea gulls resting on top of it.

Editing

Only post editing I did was basic minor exposure, color and white balance. I try for the natural shot.

In my camera bag

Canon EOS REBEL T7i, EF 24-105, 2.4 as my all around lens, 50MM 1.8 for low light situations and my favorite EF 70-200 2.8 lens with a Canon EOS REBEL T3i body as a backup.

Feedback

The thing with this type of shot is to just always be ready for anything and take at least 3 shots because the opportunity will not present itself again.
